Dear donors
The wonderful women of the Pamoja group have so far had four days community legal adviser training. They have covered general human rights, land rights, Land Court procedures and Title Deeds.
Our training schedule with this group has been postponed because of recent government changes which require ngos to obtain permits to deliver any training. We have submitted our paper work and don't anticipate any problems in being allocated the permit.
You will also see that our Community Paralegal Program name has changed to Community Legal Advisor Program to align with changes to the Legal Aid Act, the program itself has not changed in anyway.
