Keeping foster families warm and safe

By Vlada Adrushchenko | Project manager

Dear friends and supporters of the Ukrainian people,

Despite these challenging times, we continue our work to support large foster families across Ukraine. These are couples or single parents who have taken on the immense responsibility of raising five or more children who lost parental care. They give these children a real sense of home, safety, and family, but managing such a large household every day is incredibly difficult.

Every week, we receive new requests for help from these families in different corners of Ukraine, and we strive to do as much as we can.

Recently, we delivered an EcoFlow power station to one such family currently living in Kherson. With constant shelling and frequent power outages, this station is a lifeline — allowing the children to continue their education, and helping the parents stay connected and manage daily chores. This family was officially established just last year, though their journey began back in 2011 with their first adoption. They survived occupation and severe blackouts but refused to leave their hometown.

This is our permanent assistance program, and we run it continuously. To everyone who has already donated — THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.

Please consider supporting our cause, sharing this report, or inviting your friends to join us. The more of us there are, the more warmth and care we can bring to these incredible families. Together, we can make a bigger difference!
