In the early 1900's, the wild mustang population in the US was estimated to be over 2 million. Today, there are only 15,000 left in the wild and about 40,000 in captivity in need of rescue. The Wild Horse Rescue Center rescues and rehabilitates mustangs who have been abused and neglected
We have big hopes and plans for 2021.
We hope to build our very own thrift store on our property, which would help bring in funds to our rescue center.
We plan to reopen our international volunteer program again, which will also bring in funds to our rescue center.
For the beginning of the year, we are planning clinics hosted on our property by our new trainers, which will be very exciting.
We are also in the process of building our very own obstacle course so that we can offer obstacle clinics for the public.
