We are proud to share an inspiring achievement from the Mbaracayú Educational Center: the Green Girls team, made up of students from our institution, has been selected as the winner of the FIRST Global Challenge Paraguay after an outstanding performance at the Robotic Bootcamp v3.0.
With this achievement, our students will officially become part of Team Paraguay 2026 and will represent the country at the FIRST Global Challenge world finals in Incheon, South Korea.
This milestone is especially meaningful for the Scholarship Fund because it reflects exactly why continued support for girls from rural communities matters. The young women of Mbaracayú are not only receiving a strong academic foundation; they are developing leadership, confidence, entrepreneurial skills, and the ability to compete in fields such as technology, robotics, and STEM at the national and international levels.
The success of the Green Girls team shows what becomes possible when rural girls are given opportunity, encouragement, and the tools to develop their full potential. Their journey from the Mbaracayú Forest Reserve to a global robotics competition is a powerful reminder that talent exists everywhere, but opportunity does not.
We thank our donors for believing in these young women. Your support helps ensure that more graduates of the Mbaracayú Educational Center can continue their education, pursue meaningful careers, and become leaders in their communities, in Paraguay, and beyond.
This achievement demonstrates the enormous potential of young women in technology and science and reinforces our commitment to helping them overcome poverty through education, opportunity, and self-confidence.
