Help Lithuanian Kids in their Battle with Cancer

When spring spreads its first flowers and the mood of rebirth is all around, with Silvija, under the auspices of the Mothers' Union, we embark on another sensitive journey to Swiss doctors, full of hope and unexpected challenges.
Each such trip has its own story: waiting, anxiety, small stops and a great desire to reach the place as soon as possible, where there is a great hope that this time the check-up will go smoothly and the results will be good.
We share a letter from Silvija's mother:
"After the most beautiful spring holiday, Easter, we set off for Switzerland. This time the country welcomed spring weather, and the first spring flowers were eye-catching. When going to the clinic, we always have to face one challenge or another. This time we had to worry about whether we would be able to reach the clinic on time. After landing at Geneva Airport, we reached Lausanne by train, but this time due to an incident, train traffic was stopped, so we had to get a little nervous. After waiting for several hours at the train station, we managed to get to Lausanne late Wednesday evening. Early Thursday morning we went to the clinic. Silvija was waited for at the clinic by familiar and well-mannered staff members. After the check-up, we met a doctor with good knowledge. The condition of both eyes is stable. The next visit will be in a few months. After waking up after anesthesia, Silvija cried non-stop. Side effects appeared, she had to wait until her memory of her surroundings returned.
This path is not comfortable, this path is the one You love. Not only comfortable things create life. We are extremely grateful to everyone for the opportunity to receive treatment, support in prayer , care, faith. Thank you for being with us!"
