Bethany called us in December. She had come home to spend the holidays with her parents and her daughter Luna.
Brthany disclosed to her parents that her husband in Spain was abusing her. She wanted to stay home but was afraid her husband would fie a Hague petition to force her to take Luna back to Spain.
We were able to find an attorney for Bethany who could provide guidance on her legal options.The attorney was able to apply one of the defenses that would enable her to keep Luna in the USA.
