We won! 2025 Inclusive lens Award in South Africa

It has been a very productive few months and we are thankful for the support of our donors who have helpoed to make this a success. Below are highlights of things we achieved this reporting period

  1. Delivered institutional strengthening workshops, client relations training, training on collaboration for the entire team, leadership programs for senior staff, and specialized trainings in (finance, human resources, substance use, global health). Introduced monthly knowledge-sharing sessions and interactive quizzes to foster continuous learning. 
  2. Designed facilitation guides, pre-/post-tests, and evaluation tools for workshops and peer-educator training. Co-facilitated PLHIV virtual meetings and trainings; supported peer-educator training; developed facilitation materials and outreach monitoring checklists.

  3. Advanced QuickCare app development (Android and backend deployed; iOS pending), Led EMR procurement process: vendor engagements, demos (Ajirmed, Docpulse), cost reviews, and clinical leadership consultations; initiated search for SMS automation for ART/VL follow-up. 
  4. Organized a mental health symposium (leaflet, statistics, visualizations, slides) with Mental Health professional in attendance.
  5. Updated standardized documentation system for Human Rights Violations cases; created centralized encrypted reporting channels for reporting partners. Provided legal and welfare support, facilitated emergency logistics, and coordinated legal counsel and court attendances for multiple cases Human Rights cases 
  6. Supported legal representation and case management in states such as Uyo, Edo, & Borno states through partner organizations 
  7. Conducted a 2-Day training for peer educators in collaboration with the Sexual Health and Wellness team. Responded to and documented 5 workplace discrimination cases. Secured a settlement for one of the clients.

  8. Trained 20 LBQ women as community intermediaries and facilitated monthly cohort sessions on bodily autonomy and contraceptives. Developed and shared digital SRHR content reaching 1,000+ individuals
