Below, the essential oils healer at the Yundrung Bon Monastic Centre in Dolanji, India reports on the top 5 essential oils and what he uses them for:
During the last nine months, I have used the following essential oils:
Ravensara (liver disorders, skin problems/psoriasis, nervous disorders/trembling) anti-inflammatory.
Thyme Thujanol (liver disorders, infection) antiviral, antibacterial, anti-infectious.
Lavender (skin problems/cheloïd and boil) non-toxic, very well tolerated by the body.
Geranium (nose bleed, skin problems/psoriasis) good for the skin and to stop nose bleed.
Tea-tree / Melaleuca Alternifolia (skin problems/boil) antifungal, antiviral, antibacterial, anti-infectious, antiseptic.
