Homeless Diamonds continues to be used by many clients of St Mungo’s in many ways:
Yousif and Michele are seeking careers in journalism and have contributed features (Yousif) and design work (Michele) to recent issues.
Roy was delighted to accept a request to use his artwork on a gift bookmark for St Mungo’s donors.
Nazmunisa wanted her story to be heard, to help both herself and others like her.
Women from North London Women’s Hostel wanted to show the world (and to record for themselves) the impressive results of their explorations in fashion design.
Joe (pictured on our main page) established contact with Arts London News, the journal of the University of the Arts in London, now a neighbour to Homeless Diamonds in King’s Cross.
All our contributors have something to say and something to offer society. Homeless Diamonds supports them.
Project reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
If you donate to this project or have donated to this project, you can receive an email when this project posts a report. You can also subscribe for reports without donating.
