BRINGING HOPE THROUGH LAUGHTER

By Natalie Lazaris | Project Manager

LAUGHTER IS PROVEN TO HAVE IMMENSE CLINICAL BENEFITS ON STRESS & ANXIETY.

Thank you to our donors and the laughter heroes for adding hope and laughter in our dreamers’ lives.

“The focus of the programme is solely on laughter and joy, and for that moment the children do not have to worry about needle pricks, or any procedure being done.” PAEDIATRIC ONCOLOGY, RED CROSS HOSPITAL.

Reach For a believes in the power of dreams, which ultimately brings joy and excitement to the hearts of our dreamers. Laughter Heroes is an extension of the work we do to promote healing and happiness in a trying time.

The Laughter Heroes initiative is centered around bringing therapeutic entertainers into the hospital wards, and through using arts-based activities such as comedy, juggling, magic, mime and storytelling, to help restore and improve the mental, physical and emotional well-being
of the children and their caregivers.

The foundation's journey this year is to bring hope through laughter to the children fighting life threatening illnesses. To create memorable experiences through laughter. Reminding our dreamers that laughter is the best medicine!
