This campaign aims to support vulnerable Gazan families living in Egypt by meeting urgent basic needs. Through the campaign, YECED will provide baby kits containing essential hygiene items, food parcels for families, and education support for children. The project seeks to ease the financial burden on displaced families while helping children continue their education in a safe and dignified way.
Gazan families displaced to Egypt face significant financial pressure and difficulty meeting essential daily needs. Many families have lost their homes, livelihoods, and support networks, making it difficult to afford food, hygiene supplies for babies, and education-related expenses for children. These challenges particularly affect families with young children and limited or unstable income.
YECED will provide targeted support to vulnerable Gazan families in Egypt through food parcels, baby kits containing essential hygiene products, and education assistance for school-age children. By addressing these immediate household expenses, the project will help families meet basic needs while enabling children to continue their education and supporting the well-being and dignity of displaced families.
By reducing the burden of essential household and education costs, the project will help families use their limited resources more effectively and strengthen their ability to cope with displacement. Continued education support can help children remain connected to learning and routine, while food and hygiene assistance contributes to healthier and more stable family environments.
