As we get closer to the end of the year, we look back on the amazing work We Are Neutral was able to accomplish. To date We Are Neutral is responsible for retiring over 74,000 tons of CO2e, planting over 61,000 trees, and composting over 74,000 pounds of waste. Our carbon offset and reduction projects are consistently growing year after year, and we are not planning on stopping anytime soon!
Our mission is to help individuals and businesses understand, track, reduce, and offset their carbon footprint. We believe everyone has the right to understand their impact and learn the best ways to reduce it. Since the beginning of this year, we have helped over 100 businesses gain a better perspective on their carbon footprint. Spreading climate education is the first step to making huge strides towards a cleaner and healthier planet.
Environmental Education
One of the highlights of We Are Neutral’s year was partnering with a local middle school to plant some native trees and educate students about the importance of the carbon cycle. We love being able to empower younger generations who will ultimately be faced with many of the burdens of climate change and for them to know there is hope. The more action we take today, the better we will be tomorrow!
New Team Additions!
Not only has our impact grown tremendously this year, but our team has too! The entire We Are Neutral team is dedicated to restoring balance on planet Earth and aims for everyone to look towards a future we can be excited about.
