The Christmas season of 2014 was celebrated by CJFI kids with a “BIG CHRISTMAS FROM THE HEARTS” from generous persons. Many individuals, corporate organizations, and even families spent a moment of their lives just to celebrate the Christmas with CJFI kids. They danced, they played and sung with the kids. And in the end, they gave Christmas gifts to CJFI kids. Truly, it was a celebration of a Christmas from the hearts. Truly, it was wonderful, joyous, and exciting for such kids who came from economically deprive families.
Our valued GlobalGiving donors and partners, we’d like to tell you that Children’s Joy Foundation, Inc. is a child caring social welfare agency whose ultimate advocacy is to give opportunity to disadvantage Filipino children in the Philippines to become strong pillars in nation building when they grow up by sending them to school, shelter them, feed them, and clothe them.
This advocacy is carried out by CJFI through its seven (7) Child Care Residential Centers in the Philippines managed by professional and trained staff such as House Parents, and licensed Social Workers. CJFI has been doing this without a halt for over 15 years already. In the Philippines very few of such organizations like CJFI are into this advocacy because it is not easy. It is enormous and arduous especially that we are not dealing only a few number of kids. Over our shoulders are hundreds of kids that we feed, clothe, and send to school everyday.
Which means that every penny that you will donate to CJFI to help us sustain our noble advocacy is important. So we’d like to touch your hearts again to keep on sending your donations to this project to help us change the lives of many destitute Filipino children in the Philippines.
