Schools reopened for 3rd term in September 2017. All our 8 beneficiaries reported back to their respective schools and they are proceeding on well. Am happy to report that we are very proud of them since they are performing very well and we keep encouraging them to work even harder. We received results for their end of 2nd term examination where we had 3 students maintaining their first position in their classes. This was very encouraging and the beneficiaries reported that the support we gave them was very essential since they remained in school the whole term without being sent home for school fees or school uniforms. They said they were able to concentrate with their studies for the term and also their parents felt very relieved and they now concentrate on other family issues especially sourcing money for school fees for the other siblings and other basic needs. Our girls beneficiaries also reported that they were very happy to receive the recyclable sanitary towels as they are very effective and they don’t have to miss school during their periods as it was previously. They were happy as they don’t bother their parents or guardians any more during their days. We hope to support more girls with these sanitary towels as we realize that this is very challenging for the school girls in primary and secondary schools. We express our gratitude to all our supporters for their kind contribution and supporting the less privileged in our society. We will continue supporting them in all ways possible as we request all the well-wishers to consider contributing for the success of these and other students. Thank you very much.
