Dear Donor Namaste,
Greetings from Bal Asha Trust!
We are thankful for your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving. This has helped us to continue giving quality life to abandoned children in our care.
Like every other year summer break came with a bang with a host of fun activities for our children at Bal Asha Trust.
The month of May saw Summer fiesta at its best under the shady trees of Bal Asha premises. Craft, drawing, pottery, clay, modelling, making greeting cards were same of things children learnt. Workshops all cleanliness, safety, introduction to the world of music were conducted.
Bal Asha has always encouraged children to develop a broad mission by conducting visits to place at the Nehru Planetarium, KidZania (a professinal role play area) where role playing forms an integrate part. The Prince of Wales Museum, where the past and present unfolds itself through artefacts and important personalities.
The highlight was a visit to Magazine Street Kitchen, where children saw food being cooked on a large scale and chefs churring out some choicest dishes. She lads were thrilled with all the fascinating things around them.
The final finale of the fiesta was a certificate of appreciation for participation followed by a rollicking afternoon of fun and dance.
The summer break just got over and kids have started going to school with much more happiness, just like any other kid in the family. Thank you for making this possible.
Please continue your support and do share about our project with your friends and family. You can share the link by email on blogs / social media.
Thank you !
