Help combat child labor & human trafficking

During this reporting period, the project continued strengthening community awareness and education on combating human trafficking and child labor in vulnerable communities. The project remained committed to protecting children and young people through community engagement, awareness campaigns, and educational activities aimed at promoting peace and safety.
The organization continued conducting workshops and community interaction sessions where local residents, parents, and young people were educated about the dangers of human trafficking, child exploitation, and abuse. Youth drama activities were also organized to help communicate anti-trafficking messages in a practical and understandable way. These dramas encouraged community members to report suspected cases of child labor, trafficking, and abuse to the relevant authorities.
During the reporting period, the project also intensified preparations for upcoming awareness activities, including a planned evening dinner event that will bring together community members, trafficking survivors, local leaders, and legal authorities. Legal experts and child protection advocates are expected to educate participants about common strategies used by traffickers and practical measures families and communities can take to protect children from exploitation and kidnapping.
The project also continued mobilizing support through community outreach and participation in fundraising initiatives aimed at securing resources needed to sustain awareness campaigns and victim support activities. Efforts are ongoing to engage partners and donors who can contribute toward expanding the project’s impact.
