Dear Friends of Beauchamp Charity Foundation: The Construction of the first house is completed! The Rugama family have already moved into their new home! The construction went well! Mr. Jose Ignacio Rugama and his family are very happy and very grateful for the help of all the people who made this possible together with Global Giving! The completion of the home is a dream for them! They will have a safe place to live. The home is located in a fishermen's town located on the Pacific Ocean in Nicaragua. The small town is called "La Boquita". During the rainy season, from May till the end of October, the rain can be very strong and there is lots of wind. Many of the homes in this town have very weak structures because these families have very low income, some as little as $30.00 per month, and the only material they can afford to use to construct their homes is pieces of old cartons and plastic or used zinc. The home of the Rugamas was in very bad shape, and now thanks to all the donors who contributed to this beautiful project, they have a DRYSAFE HOME! You have already made a difference in the life of these people Thanks to all of you and God Bless you ,
