Dear donor,
we hope that you and your family are well and the pandemic situation in your country has improved.
Fortunately, in Italy the vaccination campaign continues, and we are slowly returning to normal life.
But, as we often say, after Covid-19, none of us are like bofore. This is even more true for non self-sufficient people, especially elderly and people with disabilities, who have been denied their sociability in the last 2 years.
These people, already quite alone, found themselves even more lonely.
In these days, we are training almost 100 operators, from our association and other associations, throughout the national territory, for 6 months they will engage to map services for non self-sufficient people (free and on demand) and they will activate a recruitment of volunteers to support these associations.
Also we strarted a proces of involvement of employees of large companies, by actions of corporate volunteering in their territories.
We continue to be close to non self-sufficient people every day.
Thanks to the digital platform “Sportamiacasa”, and the APP “IBOMIAiuta” we will put IBO's volunteers and its beneficiaries in contact every day.
We expect to involve, in the next 6 months, 500 organizations and 2.500 people.
Our commitment to non self-sufficient people does not stop, but we can continue to do this, only thanks to your support.
