Over the past year, our “Claim Your Rights” workshops have empowered hundreds of teenage girls in Thailand with essential knowledge and safety skills — helping them recognize danger, understand their rights, and protect themselves from violence and exploitation.

From Ubon Ratchathani to Bangkok, the results have been truly inspiring:

• Girls’ understanding of personal safety increased dramatically, with test scores jumping by over 40 points after training.

• Nearly 100% of participants said they felt more confident and prepared to respond to real-life threats.

• Over 90% shared that they had never received this kind of training before — showing how urgently these workshops are needed.

Through interactive sessions on self-defense, legal rights, and online safety, girls have learned to stand up for themselves, report violence, and make informed choices about their futures. Their heartfelt feedback continues to drive our work:

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to run new workshops as we await additional funding. Many schools have already requested our return, and hundreds of girls are still waiting for the chance to join.
