Dear Donors,
We sincerely thank you for your support toward the Help 500 Child Labourers Return to School project. Your contribution reflects care for children working under difficult conditions. However, the donations received so far are not enough to begin the planned school support.
Across many communities in Nigeria, children continue to engage in hard labour because their families cannot afford school fees. Many are found hawking, working on farms, breaking rocks, laying bricks, or carrying heavy loads at construction sites.
These conditions affect their health, safety, and future. Without access to education, they fall behind in learning and remain trapped in labour with limited opportunities for change.
This project is designed to support 500 children by covering school fees for both primary and secondary levels. It will also provide uniforms, books, and learning materials to help them remain in school. Follow-up support will be carried out with families and schools to encourage regular attendance.
With the right support, these children can leave labour, return to the classroom, and begin a more stable path toward learning and growth.
We are grateful for the support already received and remain hopeful that additional contributions will make it possible to begin this program.
Thank you for your kindness and continued support.
Sincerely,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
