We at CCHEF just want to say thank God and You our donors for the opportunity and finances you have entrusted us with to serve underprivileged orphans at Christ Children Home orphanage in Liberia. We can assure you that every penny given to our organization will be used in the proper way to benefit and enrich the lives of our chilldren by grantiing them a high quality education and care to prepare them for a great future towards adulthood. Through your generousity, our 44 orphan children are realizing their dreams and potential by being in school and living in a loving and nurturing home where they have no fear of starvation, malnutrition, homelessness, and illiteracy. These children are learning and in the process becoming the next generation of leaders that Liberia so desperately need.
With the funding received so far, we were able to get our 44 children in school with all their necessities such as registration, uniforms, notebooks, books, pencil and stationay. Also we've been able to provide 3 nutritious meals, a back to school cook out program after the long school layoff due to the Ebola crisis, medical care, and building materials for the girls dormitory at the new school campus . As was elluded to in the project, our currentl school at the orphanage has very limmited space for the children to thrive and grow in the proper manner, so we are in the process of building a new 26 acre location called the Comprehensive Academic Center (CAC) which will be equipped with classes from k througth 12th grade, girls and boys dorms, Library ( the only one in the region), dining hall, play ground, and well/reservoir. Upon completion of all phases, We will be able to house 100 orphans and the school building will have the capacity to educate over 600 children.
We are exoted about the future of these children and with your continuos help we look forward to what God has in store for us in reaching and educating underpriveleged orphans regardless of their race, tribe, or religion. The children at Christ Children Home extend their love and want to thank all of you for your support in enriching their lives and dreams just to become part of a loving family. Without your love and support to us, none of our progress accomplished so far would have been a reality. We know there is still a lot of worik left to be done, but together we can make it happen THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU.
