Since our last update, the “Create HERE!” program has reached 400 young people from small towns and frontline communities across Ukraine, providing access to practical education in entrepreneurship, marketing, and finance. Out of them, 261 participants successfully completed the program, built their first CVs and LinkedIn profiles, and developed business ideas supported by mentors. Through 80 mentorship sessions, 150 participants refined their ideas and created pitch decks, taking real steps toward launching their own initiatives.
One of the participants, a young woman from a frontline region, joined the program with no prior experience in entrepreneurship but a strong desire to change her future. With the support of mentors, she developed her business idea into a clear plan and became one of the four participants who received a mini-grant of 40,000 UAH. Today, all four grantees have launched their own businesses and continue working closely with mentors to grow and sustain them. For many participants like her, this program is not just about skills — it is about regaining control over their future in the middle of uncertainty.
Beyond tangible outcomes, the program had a strong psychological impact: 85.6% of participants reported increased self-confidence after completing the program. This reflects the importance of not only providing knowledge, but also rebuilding belief, motivation, and resilience among young people affected by war.
We are currently preparing the next cohort, launching at the end of April 2026, to continue supporting youth in building their careers and businesses. Thank you for making this impact possible — your support helps young people in Ukraine not only learn, but create and move forward.
