A little support not only makes a big difference to the poor kids who have so little, but also give them a big boast in their moral. It inspires them to work harder and do better, to feel more confident and less isolated, and to become more caring themselves.
We are able to support about 1350 poor students during 2017-18 with $170K donation we transfer to our partner Zhong Mei Ai Xin and about 400K Yuan RMB we raised in China. One of the kids we supported is a girl who lost her mother at 10, and lived with her hardworking father, her sick grandpa, her extremely caring and hard working but aged grandma (almost blind now), a sister also in high school, and a brother in 8th grade. Since they live in countryside but have to go to school in the city (capital of the county). Her grandma had to rent a place in the city to take care of the kids but her grandpa is now sick and in hospital, her grandma has also had to take care of her grandpa, and her father have to come to county to find odd jobs and take care of her grandpa too. This girl really appreciates the opportunity to study and her 5 page letter has made her story really clear and touching. We feel honored to be able to help this girl and other hard working and appreciative poor kids a little.
Please be assured again that 100 percent of your donation goes to the needy students 100 percent!. If you have any question, please feel free to contact me at thyang63@gmail.com
