Program supply bags ready for groups!

Our Youth LEAP groups are kicking off strong! We're so excited to be working at 10 program sites this semester throughout the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens, including 5 returning partners. We just wrapped up facilitator trainings this past week, where our volunteers learned about the essentials of group work and how to effectively run groups with young people. They are now gearing up to take what they've learned, along with their flip chart paper and other program supplies, and start building community within their groups, one session at a time.

If you want to see more of what happened during last year's Youth LEAP groups, check out our video valentine here on RAP's youtube channel. You can see some of the highlights from 2017, and it also features a very special cover performed by the Youth LEAP group at the CAMBA Cornerstone, Cypress Hills Community Center!

Thank you for your continual support and partnership! If you'd like to hear more from us and our youth throughout the semester, be sure follow RAP on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for updates!
