A total of 65 Refugee Girls sat for their final primary school leaving examinations at Fuda and Boroli Primary Schools between 3rd and 4th November 2025. There was no better way to give them the comfort and dignity they needed most during their final exams than to ensure they had Sanitary kits readily available to them both at home and school during the examination period.
Like Mercy, one of the girls rightly put it ''PERIODS DO NOT WAIT FOR THE EXAMINATIONS TO GET FINISHED TO COME'', Indeed @vfhuganda made sure the 65 girls were prepared at all times when periods come and we provided each of the girls with a pack of sanitary pads and extra for emergency while at school were handed to the metrons to ensure the exam supervisors had them handy for any girl who needed them.
We are confident these girls will excell in their examinsation and we cant wait for January 2026 to hear the excellent performance of each of these girls. This could not have been possible without your continued support.
Our 2026 plans are to keep 1200 girls in school through monthly provision of menstrual health kits and education. With monthly investment of $12 you are able to keep one girl at school for a whole year. Check us out at: https://www.globalgiving.org/projects/healthy-period-project/
