We are so excited to announce that with your help, we've now raised the necessary funds for the installation of solar electricity at the Maunga Health Centre!
With this in place, the Health Centre will be able to provide a much wider range of critical services with hot water, proper lighting and operational equipment.
This long-awaited addition to Health Centre couldn't come at a better time, with winter setting in and a global pandemic threatening to overwhelm existing healthcare facilities.
We hope to now keep this momentum going as we move onto the next phase of the Health Centre's development - constructing accommodation so that full-time doctors can be allocated to the Centre.
We look forward to sharing our progress on solar power installation with you soon.
