Madarihat Block being located in remote Tea Garden area of Alipurduar district deprived of basic facilities including the Health amenities. Access to Clean Drinkable water, poverty etc. coupled with lack of knowledge and awareness made the health situation graver.
Patharpratima Block is located at the remote area near the confluence of Ganges and Bay of Bengal with poor accessibility and road connectivity. Impacted by geographical poor order, natural calamities with poor infrastructural support and basic amenities people here struggle every day for sustenance.
As part of our Health Services we cater for deprived and disadvantaged section of society we continued our Mobile Medical Care Facilities at the villages of these two remote and backward Administrative Blocks where public transport are rarely available and health facilities are located no less than 20 Km.
