Health for Every Home Project
Community Health Fair and Eye Health Services
Sir Emeka Okwuosa Foundation (SEOF) As part of the GlobalGiving Health for Every Home Project, the Sir Emeka Okwuosa Foundation (SEOF) implemented a Community Health Fair in Oraifite and neighboring communities, running alongside the main health mission.
The initiative was designed to improve access to essential healthcare services and address the immediate health needs of underserved community members.
Community Health Fair The Community Health Fair reached a total of 907 participants from Oraifite and surrounding communities. Beneficiaries received a range of free healthcare services, including medical consultations, health screenings, treatments, and medications.
Through these interventions, SEOF continued to demonstrate its holistic approach to community healthcare by bringing essential services closer to the people who need them.

The participation of both adults and children reflects the project's broad community reach and its commitment to ensuring that healthcare services are accessible to individuals across different age groups and genders.
Eye Health Services Eye health services formed an important component of the health intervention. In collaboration with
Dr. Chikezie Ekpemo, participants received eye examinations and treatment for various vision-related concerns affecting members of the community. Individuals presenting with prolonged or more complex eye-related conditions were identified and referred for further medical attention, helping to ensure continuity of care beyond the community outreach.
Heart Health Services SEOF also partnered with Immaculate Heart Hospital, Nkpor, to provide free heart diagnostic and treatment services to community members. This partnership expanded the scope of the health mission by providing beneficiaries with access to specialized cardiovascular care and early identification of potential heart-related conditions.
Impact The Community Health Fair provided 907 people with free access to essential healthcare services, including consultations, screenings, treatment, medication, eye care, and heart health services.
The initiative strengthened access to healthcare within Oraifite and neighboring communities while supporting early identification and referral of conditions requiring further medical attention. Through the Health for Every Home Project, the Sir Emeka Okwuosa Foundation continues to advance its commitment to making quality healthcare more accessible and ensuring that individuals and families can receive appropriate care within their communities.
