The reborn Warung Blanjong was resplendent, the feast fantastic, the music sublime, the wine divine, and the generosity overwhelming!
Seribu terima kasih, a thousand thank yous to all who attended and donated to our November 21 Fundraiser in Sanur, to raise money for a portable Ultrasound Machine. Yayasan Rama Sesana could not exist without the support from its extended family.
Thank you to Ibu Ketut, Pak Mark and all Warung Blanjong staff for the sensational venue, scrumptious feast and long history of love and support. Thank you to YRS Fundraising Committee member the beautiful Amy Cardamone for her positivity and warmth.
Thank you to our long-term major donor Inspirasia Foundation and to Louisa for being with us on the night.
Thank you to the Australian-Consulate General for their generous gift of top notch Aussie wine, their continued support through the Direct Aid Program, and for coming out in full force on the night. Also thanks to Bali Good Food for donating the hire of the wine glasses.
Thank you to all YRS staff for the glorious decorations, the delightful dessert, and for working tirelessly to improve the lives of low-income Balinese women. You are all truly luar biasa!
And finally, to the incomparable Anne Bendt, who held her own Gala Fundraiser for YRS in Singapore on the same night: We are deeply appreciative of your extraordinary generosity, kindness, tenacity and unbridled enthusiasm for helping others. You are unstoppable. We extend our thanks to everyone who contributed to Anne’s fabulous fundraiser in Singapore, which raised around $30,000 SGD. YRS is now able to purchase a portable Ultrasound Machine, which will greatly increase our ability to detect breast cancer in the early stages.
From all YRS staff, thank you all, thank you Anne. Matur suksme.
