After had time to isolate and work from home in response to the increasing number of COVID-19 in the last few weeks, YRS has returned to activity as usual for medical services in our clinics, both in Badung Market and Intaran Sanur Market. Health services and educational activities by outreach are carried out every day with strict health protocol.
Although YRS has returned to do activity as usual, education for PE is still carried out by online through WhatsApp Group. For the Peer Educators, they are being more familiar in using their gadget as a media for discussion. On October 2020, we discussed about breast cancer because that month coincided with Breast Cancer Awareness Month. During the discussion, our Peer Educators were enthusiastically and actively asked us questions. We hope that through this discussion, YRS’s peer educators can apply and disseminate information related to breast cancer prevention regularly every month through self-breast check.
