ONLINE SEMINAR "PREVENT COVID-19 IN MARKET"
ONLINE SEMINAR "PREVENT COVID-19 IN MARKET"

Due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have some changes including life structure and habits. This uncertainty time makes many people being confused about so many information that spread very fast, especially by online. However, these changes are not an obstacle to stay productive. The simplest way to overcome these challenges is to ensure that there are clear information and communication. It leads us to keep provide clear and helpful information to the public.

During this pandemic, YRS is still enthusiastic to update the latest information through social media and took part in an online seminar that held by YRS in collaboration with Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. This online seminar is conducted through WhatsApp and this is the first online seminar for people in Traditional Market. They respond it in a various ways. Some of them are still learning, some are only passively following but many of them are very active. We know that most of them are not familiar with online learning, but they show that they are still excited for a change, even though out of their habits.

Peer Educator Meeting also conducted through WhatsApp. YRS Peer Educators are still eager to share information from YRS to their friends through online, even though most of them are traders and mothers with household routines. It does not reduce their spirit to learn more.

During this pandemic situation, YRS team decreases outreach activities to the community. We used it to evaluate the educational activities that have been carried out by the YRS team to the people around the Badung Market. The traders actively responded to YRS and they answered all of the questions that was given by YRS team. We always try to keep being productive during this pandemic.
