Dear Donors

Greetings from STEPS NGO

 V. Krishnaiah in the picture   Aged 65 years who is suffering with Lymphatic Filariasis getting benefit from this project. He is staying in Kummari Street slum of Srikalahasti Town. He is a casual worker depends on his daily earnings. When we started this program during 2011, STEPS NGO field staff identified him and started giving treatment, medicines and disease awareness.

Since from the start of the program, he is regularly attending  health camps and taking treatment. We could able to stop spreading of the disease with the STEPS staff house visits, monitoring his treatment and health condition.

He says “I learnt many things about Filariasis related complications and precautions to be taken by attending the health awareness camps. I am having regular checkups and free medicines through this program. This helped me to clarify all my misconceptions and now I do not fear about my disease.”

Organizing health camps and awareness camps in slums for Filariasis patents. We are providing health services to slum people with your donations through Global giving. Kindly consider donating again to continue this program and also tell about this to your friends.

We request you to sign up to a monthly donation by clicking on recurring donation of an amount that you want to give and help us to make sustainable progress in coming year.

Thanking you for your support.

With gratitude,

Dr .Pedamalli Prameelamma & STEPS NGO Team
