We continue to teach weekly self- care skills such as movement, breathing exercises, meditation, journaling etc. We have a weekly check-in process that is a way for us all to be connected to each other in a deeper way.
During this time we have done a variety of art projects. Oracle Card Collage is a process where we choose an Oracle card from one of our many decks and sit with the picture on the card to see what it brings up for the participant, what it means to them. Then we express this meaning in a collage.
We also created Intuitive Collage Cards. Intuitive collage involves cutting and pasting images from magazines to create a deck of personal cards to use for self-discovery and accessing information from our subconscious. Choosing the images is an intuitive process that comes from the body and not from our brain.
