The highlight of theses summer months has been the many days we have spent in my co-facilitator's gardens.
We spent a day in the garden each connecting with a particular plant and breathing with it and seeing if it had any messages for us. Then we did a drawing or mixed media piece depicting the spirit of that plant. This has become a yearly garden project that everyone loves and looks forward to.
We spent a day in the garden creating crystal grids. A crystal grid is a pattern of energetically aligned crystals set in a sacred geometric shape, charged with a specific intention for manifestation, healing, or meditation.
We spent a day in the garden connecting with the power of water. We each had a bowl of water and we put in a crystal and some flower petals. We also had some cling on words and crystal grid images that we put on the outside of the bowl and sat with it, infusing the water with our intentions. We also did this with a communal bowl which you see us all holding in the picture.
