Early in July Natacha Verly Dubois arrived in Gresham for the completion of her MBA at Concordia University in Portland. She brought with her her husband Veilliard, daughter Briana and son Samuel.
They arrive just as the weather heated up for the hotest summer on record. They felt very much at home in the heat.
Natacha had attemped to do this program on line last year, but found it very difficult, so we decided to have her move here and finish on campus. This gives her better access to teachers and fellow students.
I other news, progress is being made in the dialogue between Notre Dame Universities of Haiti and Concordia University, as well as the University of Portland. Each school has exchanges letters through HEAR/BonZeb seeking to explore new avenues of partnership and collaboration.
We look forward to working with these schools as they share ideas, dreams and visions.
Please keep them and us in your prayers.
