Learning is a continuous process, and Graduate Women International (GWI) advocates for 100% of girls to gain post-primary education, the transition to the workforce, and continued lifelong learning. This includes enhancing intergenerational relationships among the communities for which our advocacy work is performed. When youth and ageing populations come together, communities and organizations can flourish, the impact is mutually beneficial.
Through its intergenerational webinar series, written statements, and programmes such as the Girls Education for Brighter Futures, GWI bridges gaps across generations and raising awareness about ageism against older and younger women with its community education and webinar programmes.
In 2023 GWI is initiating a Global Competence and Leadership Development programme for its affiliates that aims to enhance its education awareness-building strategy and improve the skills of women.
We thank you so much for your kind support for lifelong learning for all ages.
