Funds donated will go to establishing both a seed inventory and an online web tool. Just enough seed for one garden from that inventory will then be resold in packages which match already designed, successful gardens in various bioregions at a substantial discount to paying full price for seed which would otherwise have not been used. Because we are seed sharing with a vast number of people, we can buy bulk seed and redistribute it inexpensively. Proceeds from the resale of seed will then be turned back into more varieties to expand our seed share reach. Once we have a good inventory and we're selling at least 100 packages a month, then we'll start taking on paid organizational staff to book keep, market and outreach. Once we have enough sales for 1,000 a month in sustainable profit, then we will start giving away bioregional matched seed packages for free, indefinitely, to the food insecure and to help set up local living seed banks. 1,000 can give about 5000 land site matched gardens away monthly. The web tool and expert gardener network will be supported by advertising and the chance for local area nurseries to direct market sell to individuals at their request who find garden patterns they like while paying the garden designers for their work with a percentage going to maintain the website. Currently all time, supplies and space are donated. All web tool programming and site design is being done on volunteer basis. We'll start in the US and expand across the world over time using franchising of seed tab production for other areas.
