By Richard Waindi | Project Leader
Dear Donors and Friends,
Thank you for supporting us as we continue to serve our ageing neighbors throughout Kenya in 2025. Through your generous donations in 2024, we have been able to continue providing necessary services to the most vulnerable of our neighbors—the older persons.
With 2025 quickly advancing, we wanted to share with you some of our accomplishments over the last few months. Remember, these accomplishments would not have been possible without your continued support and encouragement.
Our next major event will be the commemoration of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day (WEAAD) on June 15, 2025. Prior to that, we plan to take part in Mother’s Day celebration on May 10-11, 2025. With your kind support, we hope to continue rolling out our home-care and group daycare services for the vulnerable under-served older people throughout Kenya.
We cannot emphasize enough the impact of your support on the lives of older men and women (and their households) that we serve. On behalf of all of us at AgeWatch Africa—the Board of Directors, our incredible volunteers, and the ageing clients that we are humbled to serve—thank you for your generous donations and your incredible support this year.
With much gratitude,
Richard Waindi, Founder & CEO.
