Through June 10th, we have accompanied the children and adolescents who are our scholarship recipients — 68 of them successfully completed another year of schooling and have now entered summer break. Your ongoing contributions make it possible for us to continue providing scholarships to more migrant children and adolescents who are at risk or in situations of vulnerability. This year, 3 adolescent scholarship recipients completed their high school education (Bachillerato) — a source of great joy for us, knowing that this project is creating opportunities and helping these families reach their educational goals.
From this month through September, we are raising additional funds to secure scholarships for the 65 children and adolescents who are still in school. Each child needs approximately $165 to be able to enter and remain in the new school year.
We're counting on your support — especially this July 15th, during the July Matching Fund Days, when every donation between $100 and $1,500 unlocks additional matching funds so that our scholarship recipients can start this new school year with dignity.
