Another successful edition of GLOW Leadership Academy took place this summer! Girls from all over Bulgaria gathered together to rediscover together their strenghts, to find the support needed by peers, to remember their own uniqueness and gather the courage to dare to dream big.
This year’s academy brought together an extraordinary group of girls, each with unique backgrounds, perspectives, and aspirations. Some come from communities where opportunities are scarce, some came from the big communities, yet, they all share a common drive—to become the leaders of tomorrow and to make meaningful changes in their communities. Thanks to you, they now have the tools, inspiration, and confidence to take their first steps toward achieving these goals.
Through workshops, small group sessions and collaborative projects, these young women have learned not only how to lead but also how to lift each other up, embodying the very essence of GLOW Leadership Academy. They have gained skills in critical thinking, communication, and teamwork, and perhaps most importantly, they have learned to believe in themselves. This transformation would not have been possible without your generosity.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for being a beacon of hope and support for these young women through GLOW Leadership Academy.
