Looking forward to Leadership Academy GLOW 2021!

Thank you for making Leadership Academy GLOW 2020 possible!

We have successfully completed the 20th edition of GLOW! It was an interesting year with activities with a distance between the girls and constant disinfection but still a successful one. It is with pride, we share that the team of young peer trainers managed to rework their session plans to assure the social distance and keep the effect of the exercises. The campers enjoyed the GLOW experience and definitely came out as GLOW girls at the end of the seven days.

Finalized the 2020 edition of the Academy, we have already started working on the preparation of GLOW Leadership Academy 2021. The staff team of the Academy has just been selected among the best participants from previous years and is about to start its first training tasks focused on techniques for successful teamwork. The staff members, girls 16 to 18 years old from 9 different towns and cities around Bulgaria, will be responsible for leading group activities for next year’s campers as well as supporting the overall organization of the Academy.
