Less than two weeks from Leadership Academy GLOW 2019 the team is getting all the final details ready. Excited to meet the new participants our 25 peer trainers are working on their topic presentations and the logistics of the training.
What have they planned? A lot of interactive activities, sessions, and workshops to introduce the 65 teenage participants to leadership, teamwork, communication, goal setting, and self-esteem, as well as important social elements as sustainable living, community work, and voluntarism. Special guests will inform the young Bulgarian girls on a large scale of educational opportunities they can profit from and guide how to do it.
