At the beginning of February 2018 the new staff members of GLOW Leadership Academy will undergo an intensive 3-day training focused on group moderation, techniques for successful teamwork, working with children etc. During the training they will not only improve their knowledge of the themes but also practice their presentation skills by sharing their ideas for new sessions specially created by them to be included in the program of the Academy this summer.
The twenty staff members of GLOW Leadership Academy 2018 come from twelve different communities, raging from small villages to the capital of Bulgaria. The future trainers were selected among the participants in the previous editions of GLOW Leadership Academy.
With the start of the new year launched also the process of nomination of girls for participation in GLOW Leadership Academy 2018. So if you know a girl, 14-18 years old, living in Bulgaria and with active attitude in school and the community, nominate her for participation through this online form (if you need the form in English, contact us by email or Facebook).
