Global River Project - for the Children

The Sanctuaries family has added many new support members in the virtual realm and especially in the physical realm in Colorado. With this growth the combined team has added a whole menu of new programs for people of the community - from children to seniors. We have continued and increased our work around Colorado's water - bringing nature and natural resources into many of our programs. To this we have added the following:

1. Spiritual and Nature Circle (every 2 weeks) - topics in both realms and teachings of ancestors

2. Drum Circle (monthy) - Extremely popular with everyone, kids to seniors

3. A Women's Circle - Re-igniting the Flame (led by Sue Graywolf Petruzzi) - support and growth circle for women

4. Reiki Share (monthly) - for people to learn to use their own energies and the energy of the universe to assist their healing and growth

5. Wolf Pack - Wold education and advocacy. Explaining and promoting a healthy environment by having a balance of all creatures.

In addition we have added:

1. Reiki Training - for those wishing to learn more and become practitioners

2. Shamanic Practices - just beginning. Led by Jim Graywolf Petruzzi from his 35 years of learning in this field

3. Sacred ceremonies - we have added a sacred sweat lodge as taught Jim by his native elders for people to learn more of the spiritual ways of other people. Other practices of different cultures to follow.

Rod Feigle, who joined us about 18 months ago, has stepped up with Sue and Jim Graywolf to begin adding all this growth. The recent addition to the advisory board of Ross Busby and Tasha Hannah has added more strength and more ways to serve.
