We can’t thank you enough for checking in to read our most recent progress report and for continuing to support TakingITGlobal’s efforts to provide innovative Professional Development to educators from the developing world.
2014 kicked off with full online classes for all three of our professional development e-courses and your generous donations allowed us to provide scholarships to enthusiastic educators from India, Colombia, Kenya, and several other emerging countries. These educators were not only able to bring in unique perspective and global dynamic to the courses but also connect and collaborate with other educators from around the world.
We believe this has been, and will continue to be, a great learning experience for our scholarship recipients.

We'll continue to offer several new cycles of the e-courses this year, and we invite you to renew your support to enable more educators from developing countries to participate! In the next few weeks, we’ll share a video interview with one of the educators from Sierra Leone who was able to participate in one of the e-course last year. One of our team members recently visited him in his hometown of Bumpe to learn more about the impact he’s been making and how we can provide further support to his ideas for positive educational change.
