Giving Tuesday was a very great day for Girls Empowerment Sierra Leone (GESL), as we raised $600 through very caring donors! We were very humbled to see people come out to support our organization, and it was a boost that our girls are grateful as we are entering a new year of workshops!
Your donations go directly towards our work with our girls, ensuring their workshops can continue, and the ongoing support they may need throughout the year is ready and available for them.
Through our year-round core programs emphasizing personal & leadership growth, community service, health & sexual reproductive rights, innovation & creativity, GESL has successfully impacted the lives of over 300 girls in the past 7 years! We hope that as the year continues, the wonderful GlobalGiving community will continue to support our programming that helps girls in Sierra Leone find a voice and become tomorrow's leaders!
