Mary (not her real name) was approximately two (2) months old when she was found at the Edge side of the bridge. She was severly malnourished.
Mary grew up in the love and care of the Tahanan ng Pagmamahal staff and she was given her basic needs from some loving and generous donors. By God’s grace, she met her foster parents two months ago. Although she was shy to show her happiness then, she cheerfully showed it as soon as they left and eagerly awaited their return!
It was a bittersweet day for everyone when she finally left, but post of her showing her adjustment to her new family, and church, reassured the Tahanan staff that it was a good move. This was proven furthermore, when she came back Tahanan together with her foster parents for a visit. She had grown to be a tall, happy, charming and energetic 1 year old! Her papers is on process for adoption for her to have a permanent family.
