It is my pleasure to present our fourth project progress report (February 2019-April 2019) since the project initiation in May 2018. “Giving children a chance to learn and grow” is aimed at sustaining the water supply and improving sanitation to Mutulani Schools and community, in Makueni County, Kenya.
This project is 11 months old and in the efforts of fundraising towards equipping Mutulani Borehole that was sunk in the year 2017, we are happy to have known a different approach to attaining the objective faster through GlobalGiving. This was brought to light by the GlobalGiving Field traveler Madam Isabelle Hall on 1st and 2nd April 2019 after visiting our project in Mutulani schools together with the Community
PEN is now developing a Micro project with a sole aim of raising funds for the water pump and equipping materials to upload in May 2019.
PEN, Mutulani community through Mawe CBO and Mutulani schools are grateful to the field traveler for visiting and enlightening on this new approach towards addressing the dire need of equipping Mutulani borehole towards acquiring a reliable water source
Project reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
