Greetings to Our Incredible Supporters,
We reach out to you with great enthusiasm to share the latest updates about our work at Fundación Entre Tribus. Your continuous support has been essential in driving transformative projects that positively impact communities in Africa.
In Sichili, Zambia, our mission to improve health and nutrition conditions continues to make progress thanks to the commitment of our volunteers and collaborators.
Advances in Dental Care
Our volunteer Daniela has been working tirelessly to strengthen the dental project, providing essential clinical care to those who need it most and promoting oral health within the community. She has also led educational sessions to empower residents with tools to foster better long-term dental health.
Nutrition and Sustainable Agriculture
With the arrival of our nutritionist Sofía Puig in Sichili on December 14, we have taken an important step in implementing our nutrition program. Sofía is actively working alongside Daniela to develop initiatives that address the community’s nutritional needs.
In the coming weeks, Natalia Lara, an agricultural engineer, will join the team to lead the development of sustainable gardens. These gardens will not only help improve the community’s diet but also ensure food security in the future.
Empowering Through Education
We firmly believe that education is key to sustainable change. We continue to offer workshops and educational programs that address health, nutrition, and hygiene, empowering the community to take control of their well-being.
Looking Ahead
While we have made significant progress, we know there is still much to do. We are currently interviewing candidates to fill medical positions in the region and remain focused on expanding our sustainable agriculture initiatives.
Our ultimate goal is to build a solid foundation that enables the Sichili community to be self-sufficient in managing their health and nutrition, creating a lasting impact.
