This Eid, Give New Clothes for Poor Kids

Thanks to your continued support, BAZNAS successfully carried out a meaningful Lebaran shopping initiative for 100 orphaned and underprivileged children from Panti Asuhan nearby. The children were invited to a shopping center in Bandung, where they were able to choose their own new clothes, shoes, and sandals for the upcoming holiday. This simple opportunity—selecting their own outfits—gave them a sense of dignity, independence, and joy that many of them rarely experience. The event was supported by our partners, whose collaboration helped create an unforgettable moment for the children.

Following the success of this program, we plan to expand similar dignity-centered activities across additional regions in Indonesia. Future initiatives may include providing school supplies, health kits, and other essential needs while maintaining the same approach of allowing children to make their own choices. We also aim to gather more stories, photos, and feedback directly from beneficiaries to strengthen reporting transparency and deepen the emotional connection for donors like you.
